Joseph “Troubles” Matos, 44, and his “associate” Gary “Gotti” Roberson, 42, believed by authorities to be members of the Milwaukee Kings street gang, were indicted in 2024 on racketeering and firearm offense charges. The feds have increased the reward for information that could help lead to Matos arrest from an initial $10,000 to $1 million. “His face and description will now be on every FBI-affiliated website and social media platform, and this case will be on every phone around the world until he is caught,” Ryan Whalen, special agent in charge of the FBI s Chicago field office, said during a press conference Tuesday.
